1. What is the address of Hotel Sopot****?

2. Can I book a room by phone?

Yes, you can book a room by phone. Our receptionists will help you to select a room, as well as during the entire booking process. You can also book a room by calling the direct reservation number: +48 58 882 80 03+48 58 882 075 308

3. What about special requests or preferences concerning my stay, e.g. combined rooms, type of the bed, checking-in early, a quiet room, car park, etc.?

The available amenities and the descriptions of all the rooms, as well as their types, are given on the Hotel's website. If you have any other special requests, you can add them during the booking process or contact the Reception Desk via phone. Sometimes Hotel Sopot**** cannot guarantee that your requests or preferences can be met (it depends on the ability of the Hotel). Some requests or preferences (e.g. car parking or a rollaway bed) may be subject to an extra fee.

4. How can I book a room for the disabled?

To learn about our amenities for the disabled, please read the description of the facility or contact the Hotel staff personally. We cannot guarantee the availability of a room with the requested equipment.

5. How will I know that my booking was confirmed?

After booking a room and paying the fee you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking. The e-mail should arrive within 15 minutes; however, it may take a few hours. If you have not received the confirmation, please check your SPAM folder.

6. Can I make a booking for somebody else?

Yes, you can even make such a booking online. You just need to enter their name and their phone number while booking the room. In order for them to receive the confirmation e-mail, you also need to give us their e-mail address.

7. I want to bring my pet with me. Is it possible?

Hotel Sopot**** is a guest and pet-friendly venue. You can bring a small dog or cat with you. The fee for such a pet is PLN 100 per day. If your pet weights more than 10 kg, please contact the Reservation Department directly.

8. Is breakfast included in the price?

Depending on the terms and conditions of the individual booking, breakfast may be included in the room price or it may be additionally payable. The breakfast price is given separately, for each person, per day.

9. Are there any rollaway beds/child cribs available at the hotel?

At Hotel Sopot**** you can use a rollaway bed or a child crib. You can book a child crib or add it as a request sent to the Hotel. Due to the limited number of cribs, the Hotel does not guarantee that they will be available. 10. I have a problem with online booking. What should I do?

Contact us using the contact details given on the website.

11. How can I ask a question about my booking?

Contact us by phone, or send us an e-mail.

12. If I change my booking, will I be charged with the same amount?

The number and types of available rooms change, so the amount charged after changing the booking may differ.

13. What if I cancel my booking?

The cancellation policy can be found on the Hotel’s website. If you make a non-refundable booking and you cancel it, the paid fee is not refundable.

14. Is my credit card information safe?

We treat the safety of your credit card information very seriously. During the payment the data contained on the credit card is encrypted and safely sent online. Moreover, we do not store the data contained on your credit card on our servers.

15. Could someone from the hotel pick us up from the airport / railway station?

The Reception Desk is open 24/7. Our personnel can assist you in organizing a transfer from the airport or railway station.

16. What do you serve for breakfast?

Breakfast is served in the form of an extensive buffet, with slow food dishes and regional products.

17. What is the check-in/check-out time?

The check-in time starts at 14:00. The check-out time finishes at 12:00.

18. Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel has 15 parking spaces in a car park in front of the building, and 30 parking spaces in an underground car park, subject to an extra fee. Parking in front of the hotel: PLN 60/night - we do not provide reservation. The underground parking: PLN 80/night (number of places limited - booking required). The lack of a parking space in the free car park or in the underground car park cannot be a reason for cancelling your booking.
*Additionally, from 1st October to 30th April, parking spaces on the bus pass located along the street, next to the hotel, are available to our guests.

19. Is there Internet access?

Yes, the entire Hotel has Wi-Fi Internet access. The details for logging in are available at the Reception Desk during checking-in or at your request.

20. Does the Hotel offer any laundry services?

Yes, the services are offered by an external provider and the waiting time is up to 48 hours. The price list is available at the Hotel Reception Desk.

21. Are there any rooms for smokers?

No, there are not. On 16th December 2012 the Act on no smoking in public places, restaurants and hotels entered into force. Our guests can smoke only outside the facility, in special smoking areas. Not following the no-smoking rule within the facility shall result in applying the Rules and Regulations of Hotel Sopot**** available in the rooms and at the Hotel Reception Desk.

22. Is there a fridge in every room?

All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar. The mini-bar may serve as a fridge. In order to gain access to the mini-bar, please pre-authorize your credit card at the Reception Desk.

23. Is there a restaurant at the Hotel?

Yes, although the opening hours vary, depending on the day of the week.

24. Can I order wine/flowers/meals for my room?

Yes you can. We will try to satisfy all your wishes. To discuss the details, please call the Hotel Reception Desk.

25. Do I have to show my ID card while checking-in?

While checking-in we require your ID card or another document that confirms your identity.

26. How can I change my booking?

Just contact our Customer Service Department and give your booking number or your first and last name and your arrival date. We will assist you in making any changes to your booking.

27. What is available in the rooms?

All rooms have air-conditioning, a kettle and a flat-screen TV. Each room also has a bathroom. You may also use the free set of cosmetics and the hair dryer.

28. How far is the airport from the Hotel?

The Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is 10 km from Hotel Sopot****.
